First and most important......Dont Panic!!

Planning is the key.

10 - 14 days before....

 

*  Time? Date? Venue

*  Who is coming?

*  Invitations? Directions? 

*  Hostess Gift / Bribe?

*  Raffle?

*  Brochures / Sample kit / Fragrances?

*  Games? / Send games to Hostess

 

One week before....

 

*  Practice your displays / ask friend for feedback

*  FAMILIARIZE yourself with the products, numbers,

    fragrance families

*  Call Hostess / Your guests to confirm attendance.

*  Generate excitement / Has she sold many squares? 

*  Does the hostess have any fragrance requests?

*  Confirm directions

*  Price the products. 

 

The Night Before...

 

 

*  Refreshments

*  Displays

*  Diary / Pens / Order Slips

*  Product sheets / Scent Sheets / Games

*  Raffle / Free Prize Draw

*  Seating

*  Phone / Generate Excitement

*  Refresh Knowledge

 

Nearly There.......................

 

On the day

 

 

*  Double check

*  Goody bags

*  Flyers

*  Prizes

*  Refreshments

*  RELAX  all done!

 

 

 

At the Party

 

*  Welcome each guest

*  Introduce everyone ( they may not know each other)

*  Encourage everyone to look at the display

*  Hand everyone a Scent Spot Sheet and explain how

    to use it

*  Encourage people to try the testers

*  Encourage guests to buy the raffle tickets

*  Give a 'brief' history of FM

*  Ask the guests their favorite fragrance and show them

    the equivalent FM product

*  Explain the Value for money

*  Explain the Parfum content

 

Don't Forget...

 

*  Help with brochure orders

*  Encourage guests to take brochure home

*  Ask "Who wants Free Bottle? / 10% Discount?

*  Record names / phone numbers / emails of all guests

*  Book in any interested in having a party

*  Draw the raffle

*  Present the Hostess with her gift.  Make it special.

 

Finally...

 

*  Confirm the delivery date

*  Confirm the delivery will be to the hostess.

 

But most importantly...

 

Thank the guests for coming.
